About us
Our Patient-Centred Philosophy
Welcome to Atrium Osteopathy. Our strongest belief is that the body has a powerful, innate ability to heal itself. Our role as practitioners is to facilitate that natural process.
We take the time to understand your unique history and perform an individual diagnosis for every person we see. This allows us to choose the most effective manual therapy techniques for your specific needs. We see ourselves as partners in your health journey and will gently remind you of your body’s healing capacity throughout your treatment.
Designed for Your Comfort
We believe that a calm and comfortable environment is an essential part of the healing process. Our clinics in Ringwood and North Balwyn have been thoughtfully designed to be warm, welcoming, and professional spaces where you can feel at ease.

Frequently Asked Questions
We understand you may have questions about your treatment, our clinic, or osteopathy in general. We've compiled answers to some of the most common queries we receive to help you feel prepared and confident about your visit. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Some people experience temporary soreness after a treatment. This is generally a positive sign that your body is adapting to postural changes and normally lasts for up to three days. Please feel free to call us with any concerns.
Generally, we treat a new patient for 45 minutes and a returning patient for 30 minutes. We always try to give each patient the amount of time they need, which means we occasionally may run a little late. We appreciate your understanding.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. A fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows, as we often have a waiting list of patients who can fill a vacancy when given enough notice.
We expect payment on the day of treatment. We accept cash, cheque, credit card, and EFTPOS.
