Dr. Greta Chwasta

Registered Osteopath

I’m Greta – an Osteopath, Pilates teacher and Lagree fitness instructor.

I graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). My interest in osteopathy began early – I grew up watching my parents go to their osteo religiously, swearing they were miracle workers. I didn’t fully understand what they were doing at the time, but I always remembered how much better they felt afterwards. That curiosity stuck with me.

My approach is holistic, and client-focused. I’m interested in the interplay between form, function, and regulation; how we move, how we breathe, and how we hold tension (or let it go). I enjoy working with a wide range of people and conditions, particularly those navigating training injuries, persistent tension, or stress-related imbalances.

Alongside my osteo studies and practice, I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I’m a qualified reformer and mat Pilates instructor, and a Lagree Fitness trainer. I teach and mentor instructors at a number of boutique studios across Melbourne and also contribute to an online fitness platform. I’m especially passionate about using movement to build confidence and connection in the body, and I bring that same philosophy into my osteopathic treatments.

Outside of work, I practice what I preach, moving my body in whatever way feels good, connecting with friends and family, and connecting with nature.
